The death has occurred on Thursday, December 11th of Joan Nea, Basildon, Essex, England and formerly of Castlepollard, Co. Westmeath; aged 82, at home, surrounded by her loving and heartbroken family after battling a long illness.

Predeceased by her husband Martin. Sadly missed by her loving children Pauline, Stephen and Tina, her adored grandchildren Nichola, Melissa, Martha, Siobhan and Kieran, great-grandchildren Leonyedus, Eoin, Patrick and Ahreay, daughter-in-law Lorraine, son-in-law Paul, Nichola's partner Tony, Melissa's partner Leon, Martha's husband Noel; brother David and his family in Australia; and a wide circle of friends.
