Joan O'Connor
The death has taken place of Joan O'Connor, Kennel Hill, Mallow, who passed away peacefully on February 1st 2024, surrounded by her loving family and in the tender care of the staff at Aperee Living, Churchtown. Beloved wife of the late Kevin, adored mother of Mary (Willis), Siobhán (O'Shea), Claire (Cunningham), Kieran and Úna (O'Sullivan), sister of the late Teresa O'Sullivan and grandmother of the late Ella. Sadly missed by her loving family, sister Mary, sons-in-law Paul, Don, Roy and Dan, daughter-in-law Carol, grandchildren Laura, Ali, Mai, Molly, Jack, Ben, Ria, Abbie, Lucy, Charlie, Emma and Daniel, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.
May She Rest In Peace.
Lying in repose at O'Connell's Funeral Home, St. James' Avenue, Mallow (P51 HH61) on Sunday (February 4th) from 6pm to 7.30pm followed by removal to St. Mary's Church, Mallow.
Requiem Mass on Monday (February 5th) at 2.30pm which may be viewed on
Funeral afterwards to St. Gobnait's Cemetery, Mallow.
The family would like to thank Elaine and all the staff of Aperee Living, Churchtown, for the wonderful care shown to Joan during her stay with them.
