The death has occurred of
Joan O'Donoghue
(née Fitzgerald)
On March 8, 2026 (unexpectedly but peacefully) in the excellent care of the doctors and staff of Mallow General Hospital, Joan (née Fitzgerald), Charleville Road and formerly of Strand Street, Kanturk, beloved wife and best friend of Dan and dear mother of Lisa and recently deceased Jeremiah. Deeply mourned by her loving husband, daughter, cherished granddaughter Danielle, cousins, extended family, neighbours and a large circle of treasured friends.
May she rest in peace.
Reposing at O’Reilly’s Funeral Home, Newmarket. Rosary on this Monday evening at 7.30pm. Reposing on Tuesday evening from 6pm to 7.30pm. Reception into St. Mary’s Church on Wednesday for 12 noon. Requiem Mass which will be live-streamed on the Newmarket and Taur Parish Facebook page. Funeral afterwards to Clonfert Cemetery.
