Joan O'Donovan
(née Coughlan)

O'Donovan (Watergate Street, Bandon) passed away peacefully on April 12th 2024 surrounded by her loving family and in the wonderful care of the Staff at Kinsale Community Hospital. Joan (nee Coughlan) (in her 90th year), beloved wife of the late Sean, sister of Joe and the late Maura and Jean and Grandmother of the late Serena.

Sadly missed by her children Denis, Jennifer (Barriscale), Patrick, Eugene, Ian and Karen, stepsisters and stepbrothers, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, nephews, nieces, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, friends and neighbours.

Joan will be lying in repose at her residence on Sunday evening from 5.30pm followed by prayers at 7.30pm.

Requiem Mass on Monday at 2.30pm in St. Patrick's Church, Bandon, which will be livestreamed on www.bandonparish.ie/, funeral afterwards to the adjoining Cemetery.
