Joan Ryan (nee O’Malley), Mullally Grove, and formerly of ‘Pallasbeg House’, Cappamore, Co. Limerick. 26th December 2024, after a long illness bravely borne. Peacefully in the care of University Hospital Limerick, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her parents Edmond and Bridget O’Malley, sisters Nano Gleeson (Dromkeen), Lily Ryan (Aherlow), Carmel Kennedy (Rearcross). Dear mother to John, Edmund (Castletroy), Josephine (Newbridge), Carmel (Cappawhite), & Thomas. sons-in-law Seanie Clancy, Andrew O’Connell & Francis Cosgrove, her adored grandchildren Shane, Chloe & Darragh Clancy, (Cappawhite), Dearbhla & Hazel O’Connell (Newbridge), Beloved sister of Marie Hayes (Dromsally), Neil O’Malley, (Dooradoyle), Denis O’Malley (Murroe). Sadly missed by her brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews & nieces, relatives, neighbours & a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at her home on Sunday evening 29th December (V94X25N) from 4-8pm. Please park at St. Michael's Church and follow signs. Removal from her home on Monday 30th December to St. Michael’s Church, Cappamore, arriving for 11.30am Requiem Mass, which can be viewed on https://churchcamlive.ie/cappamore-parish . Burial afterwards to Doon Cemetery.
