Joan STAUNTON
(née Bracken)
JOAN STAUNTON (née Bracken) Mote Park, Roscommon and formerly of Shrule, Co Mayo. January 27th, 2022; at the Mater Hospital, Dublin. Beloved wife of the late Michael and devoted mother to Luke, Gavin and Tomás. She will be very sadly missed by her family, her parents Mary and Ted, sisters Caroline (Tiernan) and Aileen, brothers Ciaran and Séamus, mother-in-law Anne, aunts, uncles, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends.
May Joan rest in peace.
Reposing at Smyth’s Funeral Home, Roscommon on Tuesday evening from 4.30 o’c until 7 o’c. Removal on Wednesday morning leaving her home in Mote Park at 10.30 o’c arriving at St Patrick’s Church, Knockcroghery for Mass of the Resurrection at 11 o’c. Burial afterwards in St Coman’s Cemetery, Roscommon. For those wishing to offer their sympathies, we suggest using the online condolence link below.
