On 1st August 2025, peacefully, at The Mercy University Hospital, Cork, JOÃO JOAQUIM PEREIRA, 7, Lower Cork Street, Mitchelstown and formerly of Presidente Epitácio, Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Sadly missed by his loving daughter Ana Caroline Pereira, her mother Elizangela Pereira, son-in-law Anderson V. Santos Alves, David John Paul and family, his loving family in Brazil, his beloved cousin Neuza de paulo Portugal who came from Brazil to care for him, his best friend Fatima da silva Oliveira and family from Fermoy, his beloved friends Michele da silva and Ann Finn who stayed with him and his family in his final moments, his dearest friends Eddie Walsh, Claire Walsh and family, Mary O’Brien and all the close friends, his former work colleagues and a large circle of friends.

May João Rest in Peace.

João will repose at the Chapel of Rest, Baldwin Street, Mitchelstown, P67 DX81, on Sunday evening (3rd August) from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Burial on Monday (4th August) in Brigown New Cemetery, Mitchelstown after a family service in the Chapel of Rest at 12 noon.
