The death has occurred of Jock (John) McQuillan, Kildoagh, Tyholland, Co.Monaghan, Thursday, 18th March, peacefully, at Cavan General Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents John & Mary McQuillan, Fedoo, his brother Brendan and sister Kay Treanor. Lovingly remembered by his wife Geraldine nee Kelly, daughters Pamela, Laura, Sharon & Jacqueline, sons Brendan & Niall, sons in law Micheal, Paul, Alan & Michael, daughters in law Elaine & Carol, 17 grandchildren, sisters Violet McCabe, Maureen Ronaghan, Ivy O'Hara & Betty Harvey, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Jock's funeral Mass will take place on Monday morning at 11am at St. Patrick's Church, Tyholland, which will be streamed live on; https://www.mcnmedia.tv/camera/st-patricks-church-tyholland.
Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
Due to current restrictions, Jock's house, funeral and burial will be private. Anyone wishing to pay their respects may do so as Jock's funeral cortege travels from his home to the church on Monday morning (please adhere to social distancing at all times).
