Peacefully at Mullingar Regional Hospital on the 8th January 2026

Pre-deceased by his parents Pat and Enda.

Beloved husband of Kathleen and much loved father of Teresa, Padraig and Edna.

Joe will be sadly missed and always remembered by his loving wife and family, his sisters Sr. Teresita, Josie, Mai and Kathleen, brother Matty, his adored grandsons James and Cathal, daughter-in-law Anne-Marie, son-in-law Shay, sisters-in-law Hannah and Mary, brothers-in-law Ted, Denis, Barney and Pat, nieces, nephews, relatives, many good friends and dear neighbours.

Reposing at Smith’s Funeral Home Barrack St. Granard (N39AX97) on Saturday the 10th from 6pm to 8pm

Removal to St. Mary’s Church Granard on Sunday 11th for Funeral Mass at 2pm followed by burial in Granardkille Cemetery
