The death has occurred of
Joe Burke
On December 28th 2023, peacefully in his 58th year after a short illness at Marymount University Hospital & Hospice surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Anne (née Harte), loving father of heartbroken Danielle and James, son of the late Jim and Mary, brother of Noreen, Kathleen, Mary, Siobhan, Eileen, Tony, Ann, Johnny, Paddy, Claire and recently deceased Brendan. Sadly missed by his loving family, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, kind neighbours and wide circle of friends.
May he rest in peace.
Reposing at his home on Friday, December 29th, from 4pm to 8pm. (P75 PX09) Requiem mass on Saturday, December 30th, at 12 noon at St.Finbarr's Church, Bantry (to view livestream click here) followed by burial in the Abbey Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu, if desired, to Marymount University Hospital & Hospice or to the Renal Unit Cork University Hospital.
