JOE CASHMAN

JOSEPH CASHMAN (Elfordstown, Midleton, Co. Cork). On April 9th 2025 suddenly but peacefully, after a brief illness borne with great dignity and courage, in the loving and compassionate care of the nursing, medical and ancillary staff of Marymount University Hospital & Hospice, Cork.

 

Joe, loving husband of the late Ellen and father of the late Maurice. Much loved father of Eileen and Joseph. Dear brother of Marie and the late Michael, Kay, Tommy, Eoin and Eileen.

 

Sadly missed by his loving daughter Eileen and her partner Anne, son Joseph, relatives, neighbours and friends. Will be greatly missed by his loving and loyal dogs Ellie and Lucy.

 

We would also like to acknowledge the care given to Joe by the medical and nursing staff of the Mercy University Hospital during his recent admission.

May Joe Rest In Peace.

 

Reposing at Hyde’s Funeral Home, Drury’s Avenue, Midleton P25VW02 on Friday 11th from 4.30pm – 5.30pm followed by reception into the Church of the Most Holy Rosary, Midleton.

 

Requiem Mass in the Church of the Most Holy Rosary, Midleton on Saturday 12th at 11am followed by burial in Templenacarriga cemetery.
