Joe Clarke

Clarke, Joe (late of Raheny and Castleknock) (founder of Westbrook Motors) – January 29th. 2021 after a very short illness in the care of the Mater Hospital. Beloved husband of Phil and the late Marie and adored Dad of Mark, Pearl, Damien and Lindsey. Loved by his wife, children, daughters-in-law Catherine and Andrea, Pearl's partner Fintan and  Lindsey's partner Shane, grand-children Hayley, Emma, Lia, Lily Marie, Nisha, Eric, Joe, Kate and Isabella, Phil’s children Keith, Miriam and Neil, grandchildren James, Sophie, Elpida, Ben, Christian, Mia, Ellie and the late Tilly, son-in-law Jim, daughters-in-law Sarah and Ana, Joe's brother Gerard, his sisters Valerie, Barbara, Anne and Rita, nephews, nieces, extended family, relatives and his many friends.

In line with recent Government advice regarding gatherings, a private funeral to the maximum of 10 family members will take place on Tuesday morning (February 2nd.) at 11 o’clock. The funeral cortège will pass by Joe and Phil’s home at Foxes Lane, Raheny at 9.45am on Tuesday morning and will proceed to Castleknock Church via Westbrook Motors, Parkgate Street (10.20am) and the family home at Castleknock Park (10.40am). Following Requiem Mass, the cortege will then continue at walking pace to Castleknock Churchyard. As a mark of respect anyone wishing to line the route are welcome to do so, while observing all guidelines relating to social distancing and the wearing of a face mask.
