Joe Fahy

FAHY (Rochestown, Cork): On September 5th, 2025, peacefully, after a short illness surrounded by family, at the Cork University Hospital, JOE (retired Coillte), predeceased by his parents John and Lena, siblings Liam, Eily, Finbarr, Vincent, Kevin, Bessie, Mary, Frank and Kitty.

 

Sadly missed by his loving wife Norah, children Liam, Ken, Eveleen, Jenny and Colman, grandchildren Heather, Conor, Dearbhla, Lynne, Evie, Ronan, Faven, Adam, Almaz and Tiernan, great-grandchildren Théo and Sienna, daughters-in-law Ciara, Helen and Annica, sons-in-law Feseha and Miles, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and a wide circle of friends.

 

Reposing at the Wilton Funeral Home, Sarsfield Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd; On Tuesday (September 9th) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.

 

Requiem Mass at 11.00am on Wednesday (September 10th) in the Church of the Holy Spirit, Dennehy’s Cross which can be viewed

Funeral afterwards to St. James’ Cemetery, Chetwynd.
