Joe Grier

It is with deep sadness we announce the sudden death of Joe Grier of Convent Road, Claremorris, Co Mayo, formerly of Coolroe, Claremorris, peacefully surrounded by his loving family.

Beloved husband and best friend to Sheila (Née Devane), devoted Dad to Damien and Gillian (Kelly), greatly missed by his loving son in law Norman and his cherished Grandchildren Robyn and Blake.

Predeceased by his parents, Jim and Mary Grier, brothers Harry and Matt, sister Martha and sister in law Ita.

Deeply missed by his sisters Breege and Maureen, sisters in law Marita, Jo, Eileen and Ann, brothers in law Kevin, JP and Tom, and his nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and his many friends and wonderful neighbours.

Reposing in Gilligan’s Funeral Home, Market Square, Claremorris (F12YP74) on Thursday 19th March from 6pm-8pm. Joe’s Funeral cortege will arrive to St Colman’s Church, Claremorris on Friday 20th March for funeral mass at 1pm with burial afterwards in Crossboyne Cemetery.
