Peacefully at the Midlands Regional Hospital Tullamore, surrounded by his loving family. Pre deceased by his loving wife Dolly. Deeply regretted by his loving son John, daughters Margaret, Martina and Alice, grandchildren Chris, Stephen, Ciara, Jonathan, Laura and Reece, great-grandchildren Nicole, Calean and Kayla, brother Maurice, sons in law, daughter in law, sister in law, nieces, nephews, neighbours, relatives and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at O’Reilly's Funeral Home, Harbour Street, Tullamore on Saturday from 4pm until 6pm, followed by Removal to St Brigid’s Church, Clara, arriving at 6:30pm. Funeral Mass on Sunday morning at 11:30am with Burial afterwards in the Monastery Cemetery, Clara. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the Alzheimer’s Association.
