Joe passed away peacefully in the presence of his loving family and in the exceptional care of the staff at Fermoy Community Hospital.

Beloved husband of the recently deceased Margaret (nee Hickey) and dear father of Noreen (Geary), Stephanie (Purcell) and Michael, loving grandfather of Sinead, Kevin, Charlotte, Fionn, Robert, Olivia, Conor, Brian and the late Lauren, brother of Peter, Sarah (Boyle), Kathleen (McHugh), Seanie, Margaret (Rea) Hannah (Horan) and the late Dan, Christy, Brendan, Jeremiah, Stephen and Thomas.

Son of the late Michael and Margaret (nee Kelleher), Gortroche, Ballyhooly.

 

Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his family, sons-in-law Maurice and Jim, daughter-in-law Ann (Flynn), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

 

Joe will repose at Ronayne’s Funeral Home, Fermoy P61 WT21.

Visitation Wednesday from 5.30.pm. until 7.30.pm.

Reception into the Church of The Nativity, Ballyhooly Thursday for

Requiem Mass at 12 noon burial afterwards in the adjoining new cemetery.
