The death has occurred of
Joe (Joseph) Downes
Downes Joe (Joseph) (Santry, Dublin, Late of Westport, Co. Mayo, Royal Canal Phibsboro and Mountjoy Motor Cycles) August 2nd 2021 (suddenly) after a short illness at Beaumont Hospital; beloved husband of Rosemary and loving father of Paul, Caroline and Peter. Sadly missed by his family, sister May, brother Michael, daughters-in-law Fidelma and Ali, son-in law Colm, grandchildren Rachael, Daniel, Aisling and Rían, brother-in-law James (Jimmy), sister-in-law Sheila, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours.
May He Rest in Peace.
In accordance with Government guidelines on public gatherings, a private Funeral will take place for family and close friends. Those who would have liked to attend but due to the current restrictions cannot, please feel free to leave a message in the Condolence Section below. Family flowers only please.
