The death has occurred of
Joe Maher
Joe Maher, Gurtnafurrow, Glen of Aherlow, Co. Tipperary 21/5/2023. Pre-deceased by his parents Jack and Ellen and his sister Mary(Sister Margaret). Our beloved Joe died peacefully, after a long illness, at home with his family. He will be sadly missed by his wife Mary, his sons Darragh, Shane and Joey, his daughters Lucy, Emma, Eleanor and Moira, his grandchildren, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, his cousins, relatives, kind neighbours and many friends.
Rest in Peace.
Many thanks to his wonderful carers, who brought much joy and fun to his life, his doctors, nurses and primary care staff and to Fr. John O’Neill, who visited him at home. God Bless you all.
House private. Requiem Mass for Joe will be celebrated on Tuesday 23rd May at 11am in the Church of the Sacred Heart, Lisvernane, with private cremation afterwards at Shannon Crematorium. Family flowers only please. The family appreciates your condolences, which can be left below.
