Clonascra, Shannonbridge, Athlone, Offaly.
Late of Lecarrow, Shannonbridge.
Joe died on February 17th 2024, peacefully with his family, in the loving care of the staff at Eliza Lodge Nursing Home, Banagher.
He was predeceased by his beloved wife Rita, adored son Cathal and brother William. Joe was a native of Lecarrow, Shannonbridge and was late of Bord na Móna.
Joe will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his loving family, Regina (Kelly), Yvonne (McDonald), Lorraine (Kelly) and John-Joe, grandchildren, Laura, Gavin, Dan, Evan, Josh, Aoife, Niamh, Sophie and Eva, brother Des, sister Maureen (Mitchell), sons-in-law Pat-Joe, Cathal and Anthony, daughter-in-law Nicola, brother-in-law Tom, nephews, niece, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Joe will repose at Lorraine and Anthony Kelly's home in Clonascra on Tuesday (Feb. 20th) from 3pm to 8pm.
Removal on Wednesday (Feb. 21st) to St. Ciaran's Church, Shannonbridge, where his Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 11am and may be viewed on http://www.fb.me/saintciarans
Interment afterwards in Clonmacnois.
