In his 90th year.

Died peacefully surrounded by his loving family after a short illness which he bore with grace and humour.

Predeceased by his wife Patricia, daughter Sorcha and his brother Jimmy.

He will be sadly missed by his heartbroken family, his children Aileen, Brenda and Cathal, his grandchildren Joseph, Éadaoin, Róisín, Ailbhe, Ruairí and Ellen, sons in-law Jonathan and John, sister Mary and brothers Martin and John, brother in-law and great friend Tommy Quinn, sisters in-law Nonie, Marie, Margaret and Mary (Delaney), nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Quinn’s Funeral Home, Athenry on Friday 23rd January from 5pm with removal at 7pm to the Church of The Assumption, Athenry. Funeral Mass on Saturday at 12 noon. The Funeral Mass will be live streamed on https://www.churchmedia.tv/st-marys-parish-1 and can be listened to on the Parish radio 106.5fm. Burial afterwards to the New Cemetery, Athenry. Family flowers only.
