And late of Cahermaculick, Shrule. Peacefully at St. Joseph's Hospital, Ballina after a long illness bravely bourne surrounded by his loving family. Joe is deeply regretted by his loving brothers and sisters, Gerry (Cahermaculick), Marion (Clare), Frank (Cahermaculick), Linda (Kilmaine), Kathleen (London), and Christine (Breaffy, Castlebar) his nephews, nieces, in-laws, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Joe will lay in repose at McGowan's Funeral Home, Ballina on Thursday evening from 6.30pm with removal at 8.pm to St. Patrick's Church, Ballina arriving at 8.30pm. Mass of the Resurrection on Friday at 12.30pm with burial afterwards in Leigue Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations, if desired, to St. Joseph's Hospital Patient Comfort Fund.
