The death has occurred of
Joe Spillane
SPILLANE (Murmont): On June 20th 2024, peacefully in the excellent care of the Staff at Mercy University Hospital, surrounded by his loving family, JOSEPH (JOE) (late of Kincora Carpets, Ford Motor Company, and Mayfield Brass Band), beloved husband of Marie (née O'Regan) and dear father of Joe Jr., Orla, and Niamh, brother of Lily, Chrissie, Breda and the late Seanie, Annie, Nellie, Sheila, Jimmy, Kitty and Sammy.
Sadly missed by his loving family, son-in-law David, daughter-in-law Emer, grandchildren Aidan, Evan, George, Sean, Cormac and Ronan, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.
Reposing at the Mayfield Funeral Home, Old Youghal Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd. on Sunday (June 23rd) from 3.00pm to 4.00pm.
Requiem Mass at 2.00pm on Monday (June 24th) in St. Joseph’s Church, Mayfield which will be live streamed
Cremation will take place privately afterwards.
Family flowers only. Donations, in lieu to Mercy Hospital Foundation.
