Joe Walsh
WALSH (Cork) On March 8th, 2022, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and in the tender and loving care of the doctors, nurses and staff at Marymount University Hospital and Hospice. JOE, late of Ballinure Crescent, Mahon. Dearly beloved husband of Regina (nee Lahive) and much loved father of Pamela, James and Ciara, devoted granda of Robbie, Eoin, Jack, Conor, Zoe, Kian, Grace and Corey, brother of the late James and Eleanor.
Sadly missed by his loving wife, son, daughters, grandchildren, brothers John, Charlie and Liam, sisters Myra, Phyllis and Sandra, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, James’s partner Vickie, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Coughlan’s Funeral Home, Shandon Street on Wednesday (March 9th) from 2pm, family in attendance from 4pm with Rosary at 5pm. Reception into the Church of the Holy Cross, Mahon on Thursday (March 10th) at 11.15am for Requiem Mass at 11.30am. Funeral afterwards to St Michael’s Cemetery, Blackrock. Family flowers only, donations in lieu, if desired, to Marymount Hospice.
