McCormack, Johanna (Ann), nee Duggan.
The Derries, Ballykeeran, Athlone, Co. Westmeath/ Waterford. 



Peacefully in the excellent care of the staff at UHG. Predeceased by her sister Kathleen Jones (Wales). Deeply regretted by her heartbroken husband Brendan, children, Teresa (Ganly), Patricia (Corcoran), Declan, Brendan, Dereck and Joanna, sons-in-law Kevin and Michael daughter-in-law Una, grandchildren Caoimhe, Niamh, Dervla, Gemma, David, Ella, Shane and Chloe, great-grandchildren Will and Ben, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at the Strand Funeral home (N37 WY17) on Tuesday evening from 4.30pm with removal at 6.40pm to St. Mary's Church, arriving at 7pm. Mass of the resurrection on Wednesday at 10.30am, followed by burial in Coosan Cemetery.
