O’Connell, Kearney’s Cross Ballinacurra and formerly of Shanacrane East, Dunmanway on December 29th 2022.

Peacefully in the tender loving care of the staff at Ballincurrig Care Centre.

Johanna (nee Hurley) beloved wife of the late Timothy, great - grandmother of the late baby Alfie O’Reilly. Much loved mam of Niall, Martina, Norma (O’Reilly) and Carmel. Loving nana of Tim, Padraic, Christine, Éirinn, Laura, Gareth, Aidan, Alan, Aoife, Michael, Tadgh and James. Great – grandmother of Jack, Ivy, Tommy, Abbie, Fiadh, Millie, Brody and Ayla.

Sister of the late Kitty, Sheila, Mary, Jimmy, Dan and Jerry. Sister in law of Padraig and the late Mary, Peggy, Joan, Kitty, Dan, Connie and John.

Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her son, daughters, daughter in-law Gerardine, sons in law Kevin, Brendan, Keith, Haulie, also remembering the late Gary. Brother in law, grandchildren, great – grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

May Johanna Rest In Peace.

Johanna will repose in O’Farrell’s Funeral Home, Riverside Way, Midleton on Sunday (1st)  from 5:00pm to 6:30pm.

Reception into Church of the Most Holy Rosary Midleton on Monday for 11:30am Funeral Mass, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
