O’CONNELL (Laburnum Park, Model Farm Road, Cork): On February 14th, 2024, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at the Cork University Hospital JOHN A. (T. W Murray & Co. Ltd;), beloved husband of Rita (Margaret), cherished father of Maria (O’Shea), Gina (Murphy), George, Margo (Mulhall) and the late Valerie, adored grandad of Valerie, Shaun, Stephanie, Megan, Gavin. Leah, Rachael, Andrew, Jack and Rory, dear brother of the late Sheila and Ena.

Lovingly remembered by his wife and family, daughter-in-law Jackie, sons-in-law Peter, Chris and Tim, sister-in-law Kay, nieces, nephews, his dedicated work colleague and friend Dave, and his wonderful and loyal customers, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at the Wilton Funeral Home, Sarsfield Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd: On Friday (February 16th) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.

Requiem Mass at 10.00am on (February 17th) in the Church of the Holy Spirit, Dennehy’s Cross. Funeral afterwards to St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Tory Top Road.
