On 28th March 2024, peacefully in the wonderful care of St. Vincent’s Private Hospital, surrounded by his loving family, John, beloved husband of Veronica, much loved Dad of Stephen, Cliona, Susan, Aoife and John. He will be sadly missed by his family, sister Marie, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, his twelve adoring grandchildren, particularly Declan, and three great-grandchildren, extended family, his many dear friends and neighbours.

Reposing at the Kirwan Funeral Home, Fairview Strand on Wednesday (3rd April) from 5pm until 7pm. Funeral on Thursday (4th April) to St. John the Baptist Church, Clontarf arriving for 10am Requiem Mass. Cremation thereafter in Glasnevin Crematorium.
