John Alphonsus (Fonsie) Bleahene

John Alphonsus (Fonsie) passed away, peacefully, at home in Ellagh, surrounded by his loving family, in his 98th year. Predeceased by his wife Margaret and sisters Maisie, Monica and Bridie. Fonsie will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his daughters Catherine and Maeve, son Michael, sons-in-law Donal and Paul, daughter-in-law Flavia, his treasured grandchildren JJ, Doireann, Liam and Ciara, nephews Billy and Micheal, niece Marie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended family and many friends.

Reposing at his residence (H53 KD56) on Saturday, 13th November, from 4pm to 8pm. Removal on Sunday, 14th November, at 1pm to the Sacred Heart Church, Kilconnell, for his Funeral Mass at 1.30pm followed by interment in the Franciscan Abbey Friary, Kilconnell.

In light of the ongoing dangers associated with Covid19, it is respectfully requested that all those attending the funeral would strictly maintain all social distancing guidelines, wear a face mask and avoid shaking hands.
