The death has occurred of
JOHN ANTHONY (SEAN) O'SHEA
O’Shea (Monkstown, Co. Cork and formerly of Summerhill South, Cork) On January 2nd 2026, peacefully at the Cork University Hospital after a short illness John Anthony (Sean) (late of Everyman Theatre and Coláiste Chríost Rí) beloved partner of Maura, much loved father of Eoin, Aoibhe, Donall and Niall, grandfather of Conor, Catherine, Elizabeth, Camille, Doireann, Lida, Alexander and Kieran, dear brother of Br. Cillian (Kevin) and Aidan. Mourned by his loving family, daughters-in-law Margaret, Natasha and Ana, son-in-law Fergus (O’Callaghan), relatives and friends.
May he rest in peace.
Reposing at Sullivans Funeral Home, Turners Cross on Monday (5th) from 2.00pm until 3.00pm. Requiem Mass on Tuesday (6th) at 12.00noon in the Sacred Heart Church, Monkstown, followed by private cremation.
