John Anthony (Tony) Coffey, ex Bus Eireann, Caheroyan, Athenry, Co. Galway and Brampton Care Home.
Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on the 1st of May 2025.
Predeceased by his parents Thomas and Bridie, sister Aggie and brother Jarlath.
Sadly missed by his loving family, brothers Phonsie, Jimmy (Annaghdown) and Leo, sisters, Teresa (Coll), Ann (Scanlon, Boston) and Mary, daughter, grandson, sisters in-law, brothers in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Quinn’s Funeral Home, Athenry on Monday 5th May from 5pm. Removal at 7pm to the Church of The Assumption, Athenry. Funeral Mass on Tuesday 6th at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in the New Cemetery, Athenry. Mass will be live streamed on https://www.churchmedia.tv/st-marys-parish-1 and can be listened to Parish radio 106.5fm. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Galway Parkinson’s Association (https://www.idonate.ie/cause/parkinsons).
