JOHN BARRY

BARRY (Oldcourt West, Lisgoold) passed away peacefully on December 11th, 2023 at Cork University Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. JOHN will be dearly missed by his heartbroken family and his loving and devoted wife Nora (née Dennehy). Much loved father of Catherine, Marie, John, Declan and Norma and grandfather of Aishling, Amy, Kate, Emma, Jessica, Gráinne and Rachel, brother of Mary, Angela and the late Margaret.

Sadly missed also by his sons-in-law Bernard and David, daughter-in-law Orla, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

May John Rest In Peace.

John will repose at Hyde’s Funeral Home, Drury’s Avenue, Midleton, on Thursday 14th from 5pm-7pm followed by reception into St. John the Baptist Church, Lisgoold.

Requiem Mass on Friday 15th at 11am followed by burial in Templenacarriga Cemetery.
