The death has occurred of
JOHN BISHOP
BISHOP (Cork) On September 1st, 2019, peacefully, but unexpectedly, at home. JOHN, late of Hillcrest Avenue, Blarney Road, Liverpool and Dominick Street. Dearly beloved husband of the late Rosaleen (nee O’Leary) and much loved father of Lisa and John, grandad of Sean. Sadly missed by his loving son, daughter, grandson, sister-in-law Maureen, brother-in-law Paul, daughter-in-law Yvonne, nephews, nieces, his cousin Jenny, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Coughlan’s Funeral Home, Shandon Street, from Monday (September 2nd) with Rosary same evening at 6.30pm, followed by Removal to St. Mary’s on the Hill Church, Knocknaheeny. Requiem Mass on Tuesday (September 3rd) at 11.00am.
John has kindly donated his body to University College Cork for Medical Research. Family flowers only, donations in lieu, if desired to the Cancer Unit, Mercy University Hospital.
