John Bosco Cullen, Gort Mhaoilir, Athenry, Co.Galway and formerly of Northampton UK.

 

Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family after a long illness fought with great humility and dignity.

 

Sadly missed by his loving wife Anne, his 14 children John, Teresa, Angela, Claire, Caroline, Imelda, Aine, Martin, Eoin, Paul, Catherine, Kerry, Christopher and Declan, his daughters in-law, sons in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, brothers, sisters, brothers in-law and sisters in-law, nieces, nephews, neighbours and friends.

 

Reposing at Quinn’s Funeral Home, Athenry on Wednesday 8th January from 5pm to 7pm. Arriving to the Church of The Assumption, Athenry on Thursday 9th January for Funeral Mass at 11.30am. Burial afterwards in the New Cemetery, Athenry. Mass will be live streamed on https://www.churchmedia.tv/st-marys-parish-1 and can be listened to Parish radio 106.5fm.

The family would like to take the opportunity to thank Michelle and phlebotomy team UHG. Aoife and Dr Krawcryk and haematology team, nursing staff, hospital one, Merlin park, Sabine and Annalea and all Galway hospice team, Dr Meehan, Dr Abbott, Naomi, all PHNs and all the team in Athenry primary care team and GP surgery, Ann-Marie, Sarah, and all Mc Sharry’s pharmacy staff Athenry. Sincere gratitude to all the above for all of your care support and expertise over the past eight years.
