John BRENNAN

BRENNAN, Cobh 13 November, 2014 John M.A., late of V.C.D. Scouting Ireland. It is with a broken heart that I, Veronica, tell you that after a short illness, that he fought bravely, my husband Johnny, father of the late David, has lost his battle. He passed away peacefully in the presence of myself and our children John, Joanne and Veronica-Sara, in the tender loving care of Marymount Hospice.

Deeply mourned by Veronica, John, Joanne, Veronica-Sara, Colette, Eoin, David, grandchildren Jane and Alison, his brothers and sisters, and his large group of family and friends.

Reposing at his residence from Sunday at 3pm, followed by Rosary at 8pm. Reception into St Colman's Cathedral on Monday at 11.30am followed by 12 noon Requiem Mass. Burial immediately afterwards in St Colman's Cemetery. 

 Johnny has gone home, to lead his final campfire.
