John BRIEN

Ballybough, Dublin / Poppintree, Dublin

BRIEN John (Late of Ballybough and formerly of Poppintree) January 14th 2026. Passed peacefully after a short illness in the loving care of his family and the staff of St. Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown. Beloved son of John and Kathleen and beloved brother of Catherine, Margaret, Patrick, Nicola, Paul and Stephen. Sadly missed by his brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, grandniece, grandnephews, relatives, neighbours and friends (especially Miriam and AJ).

 

Reposing at Rom Massey & Sons Funeral Home, the Ballymun Civic Centre, Ballymun Road, D09 RFY6, (or view on Google Maps by clicking this map link) on Monday evening, January 19th, from 7.00pm to 8.00pm. Funeral Mass on Tuesday morning, January 20th, at 10.00am at Saint Joseph’s Church, Dane Road, Poppintree, followed by burial in Dardistown Cemetery.
