The death has occurred of John Bruen, Main Street,  Castlerea, Co. Roscommon - 13th February 2023, peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents Tommy and Nora, brothers Paddy and Eamon, and sisters Mai, Barbara and Annie. John will be deeply missed by his devoted wife Patricia, daughter Marina (Keaveney, Breedogue, Boyle), sons Greg and Jeff, brother Tommy, adored grandchildren Eoghan, Greg and Cliodhna, son-in-law David, Greg’s partner Julie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Gaynor’s Funeral Home,  Castlerea, from 4pm on Thursday evening with removal at 7pm to St. Patrick’s Church,  Castlerea. Mass of the Resurrection will take place at 11am on Friday morning with burial afterwards in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
