John Byrne

John Byrne, Knocklyon, Stillorgan and Orwell Private Nursing Home. Former BQMS of the 21st Battalion of the FCA Dun Laoghaire. September 24th, 2025, peacefully surrounded by his family in St. James's Hospital.

Beloved husband of Anne and much-loved father to Louise. John will be sadly missed by his loving wife, daughter, his brothers Eddie and Noel, sister-in-law Helen, brothers-in-law Gerard, Paul, Noel, John and Dave, niece Emma, nephew Stephen, great-nephew Matthew, extended family, neighbours and friends.

May he Rest in Peace.

Reposing in Massey Bros. Funeral Home, Templeogue, D6W AC82 on Saturday 27th September from 3pm to 5pm. Funeral Mass on Monday 29th September in St. Colmcille’s Church, Knocklyon to arrive for 11am Requiem Mass followed by burial in Bohernabreena Cemetery.
