John C. Bird, Mooretown, Castlepollard, Co. Westmeath and formerly Kinnegad, Navan and Summerhill Co. Meath. 22nd September 2024.Predeceased by his wife Ann and baby daughter Janice. Much loved father of Carol and Katie. Devoted granddad of Evan (his wife Rebecca), James, Lily & Josh and great granddad of Shay. Deeply regretted by his loving family, sons-in-law Ken and Barry, brother Ger, sisters Rosella, Therésé and Josephine, sister-in-law Joan, brothers-in-law Richard, Eamonn & Seamus, nieces, nephews, relatives and a wide circle of friends.

May John Rest in Peace

Reposing at Heffernans Funeral Home, Main St., Longwood A83 W722, on Tuesday from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday afternoon at 2pm in the Church of the Holy Family, Longwood. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

The family would like to thank the staff of Our Ladys Hospital Navan for the excellent care John received.
