Peacefully, at home, in the care of his family in his 92nd year. Predeceased by his beloved wife Marie (née Searle) and parents John Michael and Agnes. He will be sadly missed by his heartbroken daughters and son Antoinette (Bennett), Fiona (Keil), Ian, Moira, Rosemary (Dawe) and Elizabeth, sons-in-law Danny Bennett, Richard Keil and Paul Dawe, grandchildren Nicola, Sarah, Christopher, Danielle, David, Joanne, Daenna, Maria, Emily, Bernadette, Thomas, Jonathan and Brandon, Nicola’s husband Peter, Sarah’s partner Noel, Emily’s partner Maddy, great-grandchildren Georgia and Wyatt-Marie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces and a wide circle of family and friends.

Reposing in the Eternity Room of Quinn’s Funeral Home, Dundalk (A91 KW52, entrance on Castletown Road) on Saturday, August 30th from 3pm-8pm. Removal on Sunday, August 31st at 1.10pm, proceeding on foot to St. Nicholas’ Church, arriving for Funeral Mass at 1.30pm. Cremation afterwards at Lakelands Crematorium, Dublin Road, Cavan (H12 RF78), arriving for Committal at 4.30pm.

donations box and envelopes will be available at the Funeral Home and Church.
