John Chalmers
Chalmers (Gweedore Avenue, Mayfield and late of Portsmouth, England):
On October 14, 2014, peacefully, at home, JOHN, dearly beloved husband of Marie (nee Foley) and much loved father of Judith and John Jerard. Sadly missed by his loving wife, family, son-in-law Alan, daughter-in-law Jie,
grandchildren Liam, Yilan, Xiaolong, brothers, sisters, extended family and friends.
Lying in repose at the Coburg Street Funeral Home of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd.. Removal on Wednesday evening at 6pm to the Church of Our Lady Crowned, Mayfield. Requiem Mass on Thursday at 10.15am. Funeral afterwards to the Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, to the Irish Heart Foundation.
