John Charles Reid

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of John on 16th November, 2024, in his 89th year, in the peaceful care of the dedicated ICU staff at Blackrock Clinic. Deeply missed by his wife of sixty-one years Jackie, devoted daughters Jane, Suzie and Claire, son-in-law Mike and by his nine beloved grandchildren and great-granddaughter.

May his generous fun loving spirit inspire
us all as he rests in peace.

Funeral Service on Friday, 22nd November, at 2.30pm in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross, Dublin 6W. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the RNLI, Dublin and Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team and Trees for Life.
