The death has occurred of
John CLARKE
Clarke, John, Dalkey, Co. Dublin (formerly of Athboy and Irish National Stud, Kildare) peacefully in the company of his family at Blackrock Hospice, following a long illness. Beloved husband of Monica, loving father to Jonathan and “Gaga” to his darling granddaughter Lottie. He will be sadly missed by his daughter-in-law Sinéad, his brothers David, Peter, Mark and Gregory, family Declan and Cora, his nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Funeral Mass to take place in the Church of the Assumption, Castle Street, Dalkey, at 10am on Wednesday, 7th of June 2023.
There will be no burial as John has donated his body to UCD School of Medicine.
The family wishes to express their deep gratitude to all the staff at both Blackrock Hospice and Blackrock Clinic for their care of John, in particular Eoin Tiernan and David Fennelly.
No flowers, please. Donations, if desired, to Irish Cancer Society or Irish Hospice Foundation.
