John Clifford

It is with sorrow that we announce the death of John Clifford, (late of Greenhills and formerly of Foilduff, Rear Cross, Newport, Co. Tipperary) at Tallaght University Hospital on 22nd December 2025.

John will be sadly missed by his loving family: wife Mary, sons Michael, Patrick and John, daughters Kathleen and Noreen, Kathleen's partner Lee, son-in-law Stewart, daughters- in- law Aideen, Rattana and Maeve, grandchildren Holly, Finn, Seren, Calum, Euan, Eoghan, Laragh and Molly.

John will repose at his home on Sunday (28th December) from 3pm to 5pm. Funeral will take place on Monday (29th December) at 10am in Church of the Holy Spirit, Greenhills followed by burial in Newcastle Cemetery.
