Peacefully in the Medical South Unit, Sligo University Hospital, Sligo. Dearly loved son of Padraic and Gretta. Cherished brother of Aidan, Ciara, and Cathal. Adored uncle of Lucy, Fionnán, Mia, Sean, Chloe, Kate, and Ruairí. Sadly missed by his loving family, Johanne. Thomas and Simone, aunts, uncles, cousins, his many great friends, and the caring staff in day services and respite services.
