John CONNOLLY

It is with great sadness that the Connolly family announce the passing of their beloved brother and uncle, John Connolly.

 

John passed peacefully in the wonderful care of the kind staff at Orwell Private Heathcare, Rathgar, on the night of Friday the 10th of January, 2025.

 

John is predeceased by his parents, Jim and Ida, his late brother Brian Connolly, his late sister Pauline McNieve, his late brothers-in-law Liam and Jim and late sister-in-law Caitriona. John is lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his twin sister Margaret Moore (Spain), his brother Jim Connolly (Co. Clare), sister-in-law Kathleen Connolly, his many nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews and great-grandnieces and great-grandnephews at home and abroad and his close circle of friends.

The Funeral Mass on Thursday 16th January 2025 in Mary Immaculate of Sinners Rathmines at 10am followed by burial in St Fintan’s Cemetery Sutton.
