COSTELLOE – John, Lt. Col. (Retd.) (Castleknock, Dublin and formerly of Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny) September 25th., 2016 (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff at Mount Hybla, Nursing Home, beloved husband of Jill and dear father of Enda, Dermot, Eimear, Cormac and Niamh and a devoted grandfather of Emma, Lucy, Tom, Meg, Joe, Cliona, Aoibhín, Derry, Laoise, Charlie, India and Chloe; deeply regretted by his loving wife, sons, daughters, grandchildren, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, brother Jim, sister Anne (Thurn), nieces, nephews, relatives, former colleagues from the Defence Forces and a wide circle of friends.

May he rest in peace.

Reposing at his home on Tuesday evening (27th. September) between 6 o’c and 8 o’c with removal to The Church of Our Lady Mother of the Church, Castleknock on Wednesday morning (28th. September) arriving for Requiem Mass at 11 o’c followed by burial in Balgriffin Cemetery.
