Unexpectedly but peacefully. Beloved husband of Pat (nee Robinson) much loved father of James, Emily, Trish, Liz and Chris, dear brother and best friend of Jim, brother of Martin and the late Josephine and Mary. John will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife, son, daughters, brothers, his adored grandchildren, daughter-in-law, sons- in- law, brothers- in -law, sisters- in- law, nephews, nieces, all his friends at Headways, relatives, neighbours, and a large circle of friends.

John will repose at Cahill's Funeral Home, Newtown Rd., Cobh P24Y383 on Thursday, October 17th, from 5pm with prayers at 7pm. Reception into St. Colman’s Cathedral on Friday, October 18th, at 11.45am for 12noon Requiem Mass followed by burial in St. Colman’s Cemetery.
