The death has occurred of
John Cronin
CRONIN (Lackabawn, Donoughmore) On 20th September, 2025, unexpectedly, surrounded by his loving family at Cork University Hospital, JOHN, Lackabawn, Donoughmore and late of Meelin, Co. Cork. Dearly beloved father of Richard, Oliver, Marion, Luke, James, their mother Joanna, granda Johnny to Gabriella, Judah, Evangeline, Lachteen, Charlie, Grace and Jack.
Sadly missed by his loving family, brothers Michael and Denis, sisters Gretta, Patsy Abina, daughters-in-law Erika and Maree, James’ fiancée Gunjan, Marion’s partner Fintan, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Coughlan’s Funeral Home, Shandon Street on Wednesday (24th September) from 12 noon, family in attendance at 5.00pm with Rosary at 6.00pm. Requiem Mass on Thursday (25th September) at 1.00pm in St. Lachteen’s Church, Stuake. Funeral afterwards to St. Lachteen’s Cemetery, Stuake. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu, if desired, to a charity of your choice.
