John Cunningham

The death has occurred, in his 52nd year, of John Cunningham, Painstown, Dromin, Dunleer peacefully, after a short illness, in Beaumont Hospital, Dublin. John, beloved husband of Karen and loving father of Jamie and Jake. Sadly missed by his wife, sons, parents Sean and Mary, brothers Peter, Patrick, Aidan and Brian, sister Caroline, mother-in-law Ann Healy, sisters-in-law Michelle and Tracy, brother-in-law Mark, nephews Adam and Paul, godfather Jimmy, godmother Bridie, uncles, aunts, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Rest in Peace

Reposing at Connor’s Funeral Home, Dunleer from 4pm until 8pm on Tuesday. Removal on Wednesday morning at 10.30am to Saint Finian’s Church, Dromin arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Please note that Government guidelines on social distancing and the wearing of face masks must be observed.

There will be an opportunity for the community to support the family and remember John, by being present, socially distanced, on the route from the Funeral Home to the church, via Rathescar Cross and his home. Those who would like to attend but cannot may leave a personal message in the Condolence section below.
