The death has occurred of
JOHN DALTON
DALTON, John (Clonskeagh, Dublin) 10 September, 2020, peacefully and courageously at St James’s Hospital. Dearly beloved husband of Joan and loving father of Emma, Karen and Jonathan. He will be greatly missed by his family, his adoring grandchildren Jessica, Eliza, Abbie, Ivan, Shirley, John, Isabela, Claudia and Daniel, his sisters Phyllis and Maeve, sons-in-law Mark and Mark daughter-in-law Victoria, nieces, nephews, extended family, close friends and neighbours. He was a true gentleman, a wonderful husband, father and grandfather.
Special thanks to the fantastic medical team in St James’s who looked after John so well and the caring staff in Elgin Green. In accordance with current government guidelines on public gatherings a private Funeral Mass will take place at the Church of St Therese, Mount Merrion on Monday (14th September) at 10.00 am and can be viewed online https://www.mcnmedia.tv/camera/church-of-st-therese-mount-merrion Donations, if desired, to The Alzheimer Society of Ireland.
